- Shred cheddar cheese using a box grater or food processor. Let it come to room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

- In a large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and lump-free.

- Fold shredded cheddar and diced pimentos into the cream cheese mixture. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and pimento liquid if desired. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor and spreadability.

- Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Use as a sandwich spread, dip for crackers or vegetables, or burger topping.
