  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • cup plain yogurt - Full-fat preferred
  • 2 tablespoon warm water - Add more if needed
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter or oil
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 4 tablespoon butter - melted
  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro - chopped
  • pinch - salt

  • 4 cloves garlic minced - Add to dough
  • garlic butter - For brushing

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, yeast, yogurt, and butter to form a smooth dough
