  • 2 inches fresh ginger peeled and sliced into coins
  • 2 large apples cored and cut into chunks
  • 10 celery stalks ends trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1 large English cucumber halved lengthwise and chopped
  • 2 oz fresh parsley rinsed well with stems intact

Method
 

  1. Rinse all produce well, then cut everything into large, manageable pieces for juicing or blending.
