📋 Instructions
Prep Salmon:
Pat salmon dry with paper towels
Cut into 1-inch cubes
Place in medium bowl
Season:
Drizzle with olive oil

Rest 5 minutes
Cook:
Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
