Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded chicken cooked, can use rotisserie chicken
  • 17.6 ounces spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces, provides creamy texture
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces, adds richness
  • 1 cups sour cream adds creaminess
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles 10.5 ounces, like Rotel
  • 1 cups chicken broth adds moisture and flavor
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided, for melting and topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until slightly firm.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chiles, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and chicken broth. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and the edges are bubbly.
