📋 Instructions
Whisk Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss in sliced chicken and marinate 2 hours or overnight.
Grate cucumber, squeeze out water, then mix with yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Chill.
Cook marinated chicken in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Rest 5 minutes and slice thinner.
Heat pita in a skillet, oven, or over flame until soft and pliable.
Spread tzatziki on warm pita, add chicken, vegetables, feta, and za’atar. Fold and serve.
