- Clean the beets by soaking them in a bowl of water, scrubbing off dirt with a vegetable brush, then rinsing well.
- Cut the cleaned beets into rough chunks, about 4–8 pieces each, to prepare them for juicing.

- Feed the beet chunks through the juicer chute and collect the juice as the machine extracts it.

- Add the beet chunks to a blender, pour in the water, and blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a nut milk bag or lined strainer and squeeze or press until the juice separates from the pulp.
