Welcome to Claudia Cooking – Easy & Delicious Recipes for Everyone

Hi! I’m Claudia Sasso, and I’m so glad you’re here. I love sharing simple, tasty recipes that make cooking fun and stress-free. This page answers some of the most common questions I get about Claudia Cooking.

If you don't see your question here, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]. I’m always happy to help!

How do you create and test your recipes?

Every recipe on Claudia Cooking is created and tested in my own kitchen. I cook each dish multiple times to make sure it’s easy, reliable, and delicious.

Here’s how I test my recipes:

  • I try different brands and variations of ingredients
  • I test the recipe on both gas and electric stoves
  • I adjust steps for common mistakes beginners might make
  • I ask friends and family to give feedback
I only share recipes that I’m confident will turn out great, even for beginners!

Are your recipes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! My goal is to help anyone cook with confidence. Every recipe includes:

  • Step-by-step directions
  • Helpful tips throughout
  • Clear measurements and substitution options

Whether it’s your first time cooking or you’re just looking for something quick and easy, you’ll find a recipe that fits!

What if my recipe didn’t turn out right?

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! If your dish didn’t go as planned:

  • Leave a comment on the recipe page (someone else might have the same question).
  • Or email me at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Recipe name
    • What went wrong (too dry, too salty, didn’t rise, etc.)
    • Any substitutions you made
    • A photo if you can

The more details you provide, the easier it is for me to help you fix it!

Do you include nutrition facts?

Yes! Most of my recipes include estimated nutrition info at the bottom of the recipe card. These are automatically calculated and meant to give you a general idea, but they might change based on:

  • Ingredient brands
  • Substitutions
  • Toppings or extras

If you need precise nutritional advice, I recommend consulting a nutritionist or healthcare provider.

Can I share or use your photos and recipes?

Feel free to share one photo from my site on your blog or social media just make sure to credit Claudia Cooking and link back to the original recipe.

But please don’t:

  • Repost the full recipe without permission
  • Use my photos for commercial purposes without prior approval
  • Edit or claim my photos as your own

If you’re interested in collaborating or using photos for your business, email me at [email protected].

How can I ask a question about a recipe?

You can ask questions by:

  • Checking the comments section (someone else might have already asked the same question).
  • Leaving your own comment (I try to reply within 48 hours).
  • Emailing me if your question needs a longer answer.

I love connecting with my readers and read every message!
